What is the most efficient way to connect a 75 ohm Beverage antenna to Rx2 ?

With a 75:50 ohm transformer? A BNC connector?

With such low traffic on this site, and the Flex folks don't seem to monitor this site at all - I'd suggest trying the question on Eham or QRZ. Lots of sharp folks to answer your question over there.

The input impedance of the receivers is pretty wide, there will be no noticeable difference on receive between 75 and 52 ohms.
