Hi all was trying to set my DSP again with the new version. Three local Ham in my area all running Flex 3000 seem to not be able to come up any setting that work. Four several months I've played with the setting that seem to make things worst, but never any better. How about any of you guys have setting that really make a difference.
There are several posting on the different web servers asking the same questions . For a few years with no real answer.

Hi these were posted on the reflector. I use them with good results.

I have experimented a lot with the below settings and have found this
combination that work quite well and work as well if not better then
the DSP NR, NB  and ANF on the K3.

If you don't experiment with ALL that the FLEX will do then your really
missing out, it has a marvoulious receiver when set correctly to how
YOU hear it and your environment.

Change PowerSDR settings after a new Database is loaded
DSP settings
NR              ANF     Buffers NB
40              68      4096    20
30              50      2048    NB2
15              25              15

What reflector?

Why do we have to keep adjusting all this stuff?

I have been working on this also.
These settings are working for me, It has a little distortion on the audio. Remember it's still a filter.

ANF

Taps 67
Gain 14
Delay 15
Leak 10
