I'm setting up my ME4-T transverter (4 meter, 70 MHz) but have difficulty to setup for transmitting.
RX is ok, so XVTR Form is working.
But

1.
I have set the power to 30 (0 dbm) but when I change to my transverter (VHF, box 2), drive on the mainscreen is not 30
according to the manual (pg. 88) it should.

2.
In settings-transmit-tune-drive I have to put something. Same as on XVTR-form? or...?

3.
I need at least 5 mW for my transverter. Where to put what number?

4.
VFO-A says: Out of Band. What&Why?

I have read the Interfacing the FLEX-1500 to a Transverter in the knowldge base but the essential part on the power settings doesn't help me.

Hi Aart, PA3C
The FLEX-1500 is a low power software defined radio with an RF output of 1 milliwatt (0 dBm)
I do not think is possible to increase that driving power and perhaps this is the problem.
You can find more information at this link:

I'm sorry but I am not able to give you any more help
