I am using a Proset Plus headset with my Flex 3000 and would like to monitor my transmit audio while using the headset. However, the transmitted audio heard in my headset is a fraction of a second behind the real time audio. Suggestions?

The delay you hear will always be there on monitor. This is not a good way to hear what the audio going out sounds like.

It is best to record your voice than play it back. The recording will be very close to the sound others will hear from your station.
