I got a distance of over 4,000 miles for a contact with Italy. Submitted it to ARCI for the QRP 1000 miles per watt award and received the certificate right away.

Using it with the THP HL45B and it works just like a 100 watt standard HF rig.

Hi robbie

using my Flex-1500 without linear amplifier or special soundequipement. Only the 5 wtts and a Yaesu HM31 microphone. Antenna is 2 x 25m doublet with ladderfeeder for all bands.

Farest distance in SSB to ZY2C with 9842 km on 40 mtrs in a contest. Farest distance ever to ZL3RG in PSK31 at 30m with around 16.800 km from JO30sr.

Call: DF5WW (Class A) ... OP: Juergen (Joe) .... Rig: Only QRP with Flex 1,5k and 2 x 25 m folded doublet with balance feedline for all bands (under the roof). Also a 10,3 m Quadloop for 10 and 6 ... feeded with ladderline too and also under the roof.
