I have a weird problem with either my RFE board or software setup.

As you know, the J2 connector on the RFE board is used for the internal or the external transverter.

RF wise, the port is working. I fed in a signal from a generator to this port and it receives well. Measured the output during transmit and got 0.8dBm on this port. All within spec.

The problem is with the TTL TR signal that is supposed to be with the RF on this connector. If I set it up with Positive TR Logic, then the DC voltage on this connector stays at 0v whether I am transmitting or not. If I set it up with Negative TR Logic, then the voltage stays at 5V whether I am transmitting or not. The problem is that it is not making a transition from 0 to 5V or vice-versa.

This has me baffled.

Any help appreciated.
