I'm wondering if anybody out there has experienced this problem. When I turn on my Flex-3000 I no longer hear the power relay engage and the computer no longer recognizes the radio. It work the night before when I shut everything down, but now it doesn't work. Nothing has changed since the previous night's use. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. I've been using my set up since June with no problems.

Has anybody else out there had this problem?

Thanks,
Greg

The only time I have seen that is when my external 12v power supply failed. You still have 12 volts at the connector, right?

not good, make sure power is suppied to the radio, use volt meter. Does the light come on in the button? if all is well, and it still does not turn on, than call Flex for help.

Could be the physical power switch or something more serious..    You can enter your problem directly to FlexRadio's new HelpDesk,     http://helpdesk.flexradio.com.
