Greetings all-

I think I have my new 3000 working fairly reliably now... and I was wondering- is there a SDR skin editor?
The color adjustments don't allow you to change the over-all console color- or the button type or color.
I can't get what I'd like with the adjustments available. I see no reference to editing Skins in the knowledge base - or location for downloading skins... of if you could- where to put them.

Any ideas?

I'm also thinking of a different skin for my SDR running my FLEX-3000.

Ran a search on the Knowledge base and only got 1 hit:
%APPDATA%\FlexRadio Systems\PowerSDR\Skins

Hope that helps.

There isn't one. The skins are a collection of PNG graphics files that represent different control surfaces on the PowerSDR console.

I see no reference to editing Skins in the knowledge base - or location for downloading skins...

They come included in the integrate PowerSDR 2.x installer and not as a stand alone installation package.

... if you could- where to put them.

They are installed in the %APPDATA%\FlexRadio Systems\PowerSDR\Skins folder

If you are still interested in editing the skins for your installation of PowerSDR (versions 2.0.x - 2.1.5) or building your own custom skins from scratch, or simply downloading a few completely custom-built skins, you might find the page at the link below to be useful. It's a great way to spend a rainy day!
