| How about making the 5000 as a standard rack mount or providing a kit? 73, W6HMH

| That would be sweet! I am also looking to see if Flex will make a 3000 rack mount kit. I have been waiting on purchasing a 3000 to add to my disaster relief rack due to not having factory rack ears. Thanks W4GOV

That's a good idea for a 5000A rack panel. I seldom use my FT847, IC910 and IC756 but they are rack panel mounted which I bought off of E-Bay from a manufacturer. It would be neat to have the 5000A in a 19 inch panel which could also house the PC, muh like the 5000C?

Check with Middle Atlantic Inc. They are a company that makes professional rack mount products. I had them make a rack mount for my 5000 and it should be in their custom catalog which can be found on line. They have also built rack mounts for most of my other gear.
