My Flex SDR 1000 X2TR went south...that is the Darlington is not working to key my amp...

Without having to send it back to Flex,  the last trip was a six month ordeal...and when I got it back there were bolts and nuts rattling around in the case and it still was not working right !!!I fixed it myself..

Anyway...anyone know where I should look for the X2TR fix ???
